The House Papayas House is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Home with a sofabed (twinsize) in the Living room.  Furhtermore you have 1 Single Bed in our Office room. The house has aprox. 700 sqft. indoors and 400 sqft. veranda. The masterbed is a king size bed with memory foam mattress, which makes you feel like sleeping on a cloud.  The bedroom and the livingroom have separate airconditions (split system - very quiet). The kitchen is equipped with gas cook, small toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, water boiler, microwave, rice cook, small grill, fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. There are all linens and towels in the closet. The iron, board and washer in the small room beside the kitchen. In the office room you have DSL-Internet, and a Telphone for use on the Island (free calls to landlines). Also there is satellite TV (unfortunately only 2 channels are working right now)and a stereo in the Living room. Now we add a DVD Player which can play following formats: DVD,CD,Divx,VCD,SVCD,MP3, All Region DVDs - we do have some DVD's but you should also consider to bring some as well as CD's for the stereo as we do not catch any Radiostations here unfortunately. Further we have a PS2 with some games, and the DVD player also has 300 games to play programed, sort of older Nintendo games. Pictures from the house and suroundings Email for Availability

The View The views are stunning! Views from the porch of course but also from the couch in the Living room. You can see sailboats passing by, or 3 times a week the ferry boat from nassau coming to Governors Harbour. Its well located on the caribbean side of Eleuthera, overlooking the ocean and only a short walk to the pink sanded beaches. 4 Miles to the capital of Governor's Harbour and 5 miles to the airport of Governor's Harbour right in the middle of the island.

The View

The Porch Dining table on the verandah for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can enjoy anytime. There is also 1 hammock  and a comfortable relaxing chair to hang and chill out.

The Waterfront The house is located at OCEAN VIEW HEIGHTS. There is no sandy beach in front of the house, but you can go down to the ocean, there is ladder into the water and a place to sunbath, also great for snorkeling.

The Beach Banana Beach is just 5 min. or 800 ft. to walk to the atlantic side of our settelement. Pink sanded, nice reefs on the left hand side as you come there for snorkeling and a huge bay on your right hand side, miles to walk if you wish, or just lay down and enjoy. You can go walking, jogging, snorkeling, diving, boogie boarding, or just sunbathing.
